Alsatian Oils

This oil portrait was a personal studio piece painted on an 11 × 14-inch canvas board and now hangs in my studio. Created from a strong reference photo, it was used as a practice piece and to refresh my website portfolio. The focus was on loosening brushwork while maintaining fine detail, particularly in the fur, with special attention given to capturing the subject’s expressive eyes.
