Refund Policy - the basics

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy applies to original artworks and shop purchases. Commissioned artworks are subject to separate Commission Terms and Conditions.

Refunds for original artworks

Original artworks are sold as final sale and are non-returnable, unless the artwork arrives damaged.

 

If an artwork arrives damaged in transit:

 

  • You must notify me within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photographs of the artwork and packaging must be provided

  • If damage is confirmed, a refund will be issued once the artwork is returned

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Commissioned artwork refunds

Commissioned artwork refunds are handled separately and are governed by the Commission Terms and Conditions outlined on the commissions page.

Non-refundable items

Refunds are not available for:

 

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services

  • Minor colour variations due to screen differences
